This Tuesday, Boca Juniors will deliver the honorary membership cards to Estela de Carlotto and Buscarita Roa, members of the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayoin an act that took place from 6:00 p.m. at the headquarters of Brandsen 805.
The ceremony will take place in the Juan de Dios Filiberto room, located under one of the stands of the Bombonera, and will be attended by the Boquense president, Jorge Amealwho will deliver the cards to the honorees.
“Boca was never recognized as an institution because of what happened during the dictatorship and the silence of all those years ends up being an accomplice to what happened. That is why this board of directors has memories of the past”said the deputy secretary and president of the Human Rights commission of the La Ribera club, alejandro veiga.
Within this recognition, the assembly of representatives of Boca deregistered in 2021 the honorary membership cards of the deceased dictators Alejandro Lanusse and Emilio Massera.
