New research suggests that Botox use by young people can affect their emotional development.

The research, published in the British journal Aesthetic Nursing Magazine, indicates that more and more people under the age of 25 are using Botox injections to reduce their wrinkles. The practice could affect your ability to express emotions.

The authors say that facial expression affects both our emotions and our effort to convey them. For example, they say that we smile not only because we are happy, but to become so.
