In the First Division of the AFA there are 90 Cordovan footballers. The figure is equivalent to eight starters and represents 10 percent of the universe of players in the highest category. Between Instituto, Talleres and Belgrano there are 38 names added to the general list of Mediterranean ambassadors, which includes representatives from 39 cities. Soccer in our province, which is present in 25 clubs, also provides three coaches at the start of the 2023 season.
