Currently, programming is a field that is developing at high speed due to the high job offer it has. That is why the programmer and content creator for YouTube, lucas daltocreated a scholarship so that people who want to learn programming can enroll.
“I found a problem and it was that there was a lot of misinformation about the item itself. In general, with the topic of getting a job and what needs to be learned. So, I put together a web developer profile”, contextualized Lucas Dalto about how his idea to develop the Dalto Project came about.
“I grabbed 3 people from different parts of the country. I paid them all, I brought them to Buenos Aires, I paid them a department each one and buy them a computer. They only have to focus on learning what is necessary so that in a period of six months, they can put together projects and have enough to enter the world of work ”, he added.
Subsequently, Dalto presented the results of the project he carried out: “They are already doing projects for a platform. One of the girls who came already got a job in a software development platform too. The truth is that for now the results are spectacular”.
Regarding the requirements that were requested to access this project, they should be of legal age and be able to communicate what they were doing throughout their learning. “Everything is registered and recordedpeople can see everything that these people had to do and how each one had to reach that goal so that they can replicate it”, the interviewee added.
“About 13,000 people signed up”, Even the programmer said and said that people with different degrees of learning applied: “There are people who already work in the sector, people who know nothing, people who are in university or some received and some who are completely self-taught. What happens the most is people who want to know the business”.
Finally, Dalto gave his reasons why people signed up for his project: “I think it is due to the constant idea that the developer win well. Well then, whoever sees it thinks, on top of that they pay me everything, if they bring me to Buenos Aires, if they’re going to make sure I get a job. That in reality I do not guarantee a job, I only assure that they will have the knowledge to acquire it”.
