MET’s 2023 IBDP Results Highlight the School as one of the best schools in Panama

Metropolitan School of Panama: IBDP Results for the Class of 2023

The 2023 IBDP class at Metropolitan School of Panama (MET) is the eighth class in the school’s history to take the exams. This year, more than 90% of the students in this class participated, which is a significant achievement for a non-selective school.

The IBDP is a rigorous academic program that prepares students for university studies around the world. It is recognized for its demanding courses and high educational standards. The 2023 MET class exceeded the world averages in the six subject areas, including mathematics, science, English, history, and arts.

The highest student performed in the class scored an impressive 43 out of 45 points. This is a remarkable achievement, which places a Met student in the top 2.68% of IBDP examinees worldwide.

The success of the students is further evidence of the excellent, personalized teaching that takes place at MET. The school’s teachers are committed to helping each student reach their full potential, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed in the IBDP and beyond.
