The president of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Meat and Derivatives, Miguel Schiariti, affirmed that the rise in prices of the hacienda were also validated in the price of meat at the butcher’s counter.
Schiariti estimated that in the next sixty days there will be new price adjustments in favor of the farm, but it remains to be seen if it will be supported by customers in butcher shops and supermarkets.
