However, some leaders try to bring positions closer between the president Alberto Fernandez and his vice, Cristina Kirchner, with irreconcilable differences in recent months. This is the case of Victoria Tolosa Paz, Minister of Social Development, who stressed the need for both running mates to “it felt like they did in May 2019”.
“The President and the Vice President have to sit down as they did in May 2019”, the official said this Wednesday, May 3. And she added: “It is impossible to think that we are going to be able to write the rules of the game if there is not a meeting between the two of them that determine how and in what way we go out on the field.”
“We are part of a political front that works every day to build a tool that allows to broaden participation and democratize the election of the candidates in all categories”, emphasized Tolosa Paz in dialogue with Two Voices (Tennessee) on the organization of the ruling party and remarked that “it is very healthy to work with that idea.”

“The front needs to have a strategy. Nothing scares me, I don’t know how afraid someone can be of submitting to forty years of democracy, to the popular vote.
