River Plate suffered the first defeat in the era of Martín Demichelis at the hands of Belgrano de Córdoba by 2 to 1. After the fall and with the own anger of having “superior” sense -as he manifested in a conference- and not having been able to translate it into the result, the millionaire DT referred to a topic which at these hours generates a headache in Núñez: the long list of injured.
Despite the fact that most of the headdresses are still not in a condition to return, Micho He was optimistic with the return of two important players in view of the upcoming commitment with Argentinos: David Martinez and Agustin Palavecino.
“Mammana has just suffered an injury, he will not be there. The others, both Nico (De la Cruz) and Mati (Suárez) and Paulo (Díaz), will not be there either. Agustín and David have just started training and I will analyze from tomorrow if they will be there. I think they both do“said the coach.
It should be noted that Palavecino suffered a muscle injury in the middle of the preseason which required several weeks of recovery, while Martínez had been suffering from patellar tendinopathy that did not allow him to work normally.
In the last days, both showed an important improvement and now the DT will evaluate them With the run of the week with the illusion of being able to summon them in front of the Bug, on the return to the Monumental.
