After a tour of Latin America and the United States, Axel returned to the country to present the song “Humano”, a ballad that delves into the most personal side of his life. and that the public will be able to listen live at the Teatro Ópera in Buenos Aires, on April 21 and 22.

“I felt the personal need to put into a song something that I had never written before,” he expressed. axel in dialogue with Music Profile.

And all of that makes us human. We come from a pandemic where many people are suffering from depression. AND people do not allow themselves to be sad or depressed and you have to allow itbecause allowing ourselves that, later we can recognize when we left that state.

Axel has two daughters, Aguéda (12) and Aurelia (10) and two sons, Fermín (7) and Gregorio (2).Therefore, one of his biggest challenges is to know how to balance the life of an artist with the family life.

How do you manage the coexistence between both worlds?

You learn to live with all that. I was first a recognized artist and I wasn’t a father yet. Later, when I became a father, what is the most beautiful thing in the world, in turn also gives you the greatest fears in the world, because the focus goes there, you don’t want anything to happen to them. And it’s very difficult to deal with all that. But I’ve always had it very well.

Is it difficult to protect them from exposure?

I was always very spontaneous, so I was living it with that naturalness, showing what was fair and necessary. Because It is not that I was going to hide my private life or expose it all the time. I now went on vacation and my older daughter sings, plays the ukulele, and I show it as something natural, like a family that is traveling and that enjoys and shares. In 2016, Axel, along with his wife Delfina and their first two children, decided to build themselves and move to an ecological house in the Traslasierra Valley.province of Cordovaa place away from the vertigo of large udders and in full coexistence with nature.

“When my eldest daughter was almost turning 6 and had to start primary school, we are not sure which school to send her to. It is a huge responsibility. And we really took the time to look at schools around the world, looking for which one we thought was the right one for our daughter. How do you get on with life in Córdoba?

I love Cordoba. In fact, many people believe that I am from Córdoba because before I lived there, I always loved that province. I am happy, in the middle of the mountain, in a house with fruit trees, with a lot of green space, a lot of virgin forest.

Yeah! At home, almost every year it snows. A little, one day, two. And we have 10 degrees below zero, 8 degrees below zero. But it’s drier, so you don’t suffer as much. It’s lovely.

“The Opera was the first important theater in Buenos Aires that I played as a professional. The first of October 2004. There is a very warm energy, from between the house, from the living room of friends. It is a concert so that we can enjoy with those people who support me throughout my life.
