Diego Cocca assumes as coach of the Mexican National Team

Diego Coca He was introduced as the new trainer of the Mexico national team after a good run in Aztec soccer. The Argentine was in charge of Santos Laguna, Tijuana, Atlas and Tigres UANL and will look for a way to make a difference taking into account the immediate challenges that he will face in the coming months.

The one born in Campana is the replacement for Gerardo Martino, who was harshly resisted by criticism after participating in the Qatar World Cup where the three not qualify for the Round of 16.

In this way, Cocca becomes the fourth Argentine to lead Mexico after the trials of César Luis Menotti, Ricardo La Volpe and Gerardo Martino.
