Employees of private homes: When is the meeting to define a new increase?

through the Resolution 3/2023, The President of the National Commission for Work in Private Homes summoned the members of the Commission to a meeting in a regular plenary session on next July 25at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security with the aim of defining a new increase for the sector. The meeting will be at 11 a.m.

It is worth remembering that the last increase agreed in March was 27% and was paid in three tranches. In this way, it increased based on March and non-cumulatively on 14% in April, 7% in May and 6% in June.

The new minimum wage has been made official since July: How does it impact plans, benefits and salaries?

It is foreseeable that from the meeting they will define new raises since July, which become effective in August. As of July 1, the Minimum Vital and Mobile Wage was established in $105,500 for all monthly workers who fulfills the full legal day of work and $527.50 per hourfor daily workers. besides, it will be $112,500 for those monthly in August and $562.50 for day laborers.

And, from the September 1, that value will increase to $118,000 for those who charge per month and $590 for those who charge per hour.

  • Home: $106,023;
  • Assistance and care of people with withdrawal: $106,023;
  • Assistance and care of people without retirement: $118,151.50;
  • for staff general tasks with withdrawal: $95,345.50;
  • Personnel for general tasks without retirement: $106,023.
