Espert distances himself from Milei: “His is not liberalism”

Jose Luis Espert decided to mark their differences with javier milei despite the fact that both are located under the wing of liberalism. He assured that the libertarian leader “has serious problems with the Constitution”, something that he believes should not happen to a liberal.

“What about Milei is not liberalism, clearly”said the candidate for president of Together for Change this Wednesday, May 31, and explained: “For a liberal the Constitution is sacred, because it is that of Alberdi, our hero, and Milei plans to govern with plebiscites or with DNU“.

“The Constitution already establishes the mechanism to exercise the public function. You cannot govern by plebiscites, that is not liberal. The liberal first respects the Constitution, which belongs to Alberdi, it does not belong to anyone, it belongs to the father of liberalism in Argentina,” added Espert in dialogue with Diego Sehinkman in just one more lap (Tennessee).

Regarding the rift that formed between him and the liberal economist, he finished: “From the start there is a substantive difference. A liberal does not have any type of problem with the Constitution. Milei has problems with the Constitution, and serious“.

Espert’s criticisms are based on repeated statements made by the leader of La Libertad Avanza, who said on more than one occasion that, if he did not obtain a majority of votes in Congress, he entrusted a plebiscite to approve bills. that you deem necessary.

Javier Milei stoned Together for Change: “They are the dirtiest in politics”

On the other hand, the national deputy was optimistic about the upcoming elections and said that he is excited about confronting Kirchnerism in a runoff. “I would like a second ballot with Kirchnerism,” he said.

It is important that this society discard Kirchnerism forever, because it is the worst thing that happened to democracy in its history. It is absolutely immoral and indecent that the objective of a political party that governs a country is the misery of that country,” he said.

Along the same lines, he said that “liberalism has to impose itself on a directly genocidal project from the economic, social and cultural perspectives such as Kirchnerism.”

“Wado” by Pedro, one of the names that most resonates with the ruling party in the face of the upcoming elections.

It is important that Kirchnerism is going to choose and lose. That he lose the ballot, so that it is clear that society has decided to get rid of the scourge that is Kirchnerism,” insisted the economist and then went on to make direct criticisms of Eduardo, “Wado”, of Pedro, a possible candidate for the ruling party .

Thus, in relation to a possible candidacy of the current Minister of the Interior, Espert questioned: “What do you want to sell us, that you never did politics? He is the Minister of the Interior and trying to make us believe that he has the noble title of being the heir of the decimated generation about which Cristina and Néstor speak”.

“He is a guy who is campaigning making us believe that he is an alien, that he comes from nowhere,” he added, concluding: “That he doesn’t grab us as idiots, that he say what he is. He is Minister of the Interior of a government that has starved the country and has generated misery.”
