Franco Armani was excited about the arrival of Nicolás Otamendi: “Hopefully we can have him in River”

This Tuesday, at a press conference Franco Armani referred to the possible incorporation of Nicolás Otamendi to Riverwith whom he shares a squad in the Argentine National Team, and was forceful: “I hope I can come.”

“It is his decision. And behind him is his family. Hopefully in the middle of the year he can make the decision to come to River. We will be waiting for you with open arms like all those who arrive“, he added.

Hopefully, God willing, we can count on a player of that magnitude“, the goalkeeper who became World Cup champion in Qatar closed on the subject.

The truth is Otamendi has a contract with Benficawhere it is referent and captain, until mid 2023. But the club intends to renew the link for one or two more seasons, so his arrival at the Millionaire could be conditioned.
