Animal protectionists from Jesús María denounced that a man mutilates stray dogs in the center of the city of the Colón department.

The most recent case is the “Smiles”, a dog that appeared with wounds caused by a knife, according to the published site Jesus Maria News.

One of the neighbors who assisted the animal who will make the police report and will use the municipal authorities to use the video surveillance system and thus be able to identify the alleged aggressor.
