Justice closed a sector of La Bombonera

This Saturday the information related to the preventive closure of the South Tribune of La Bombonera was released. The reasons are due to an ex officio investigation to be carried out by the Public Prosecutor of CABA for alleged “building deficiencies”. with the purpose of ruling out risks to the safety of the fans who attend this sporting venue.

This measure considerably affects the Xeneize team, since it will not have 5,000 seats for the commitment this Sunday, February 5, against the Central Córdoba team for the second date of the Professional League. Without a doubt, it is a situation that puts the club in trouble, and for this reason they will have to act quickly since these tickets have already been sold.

The closure was requested by the Buenos Aires MPF after learning of the events that occurred during the match between Boca and Atlético Tucumán. In this context, an excess of capacity is highlighted, which was accompanied by the resale of tickets and which was also confirmed by the viralization of a video, in which cracks were observed due to the movement of the fans.

During this process, the experts considered that there is “certain building deficiencies and deficiencies combined with an excess of public, constituting a dangerous situation”.
