The ex-president Mauricio Macri was shown this Monday, February 27, together with the players of the Argentine National Team Lionel Messi and Emiliano ‘Dibu’ Martinezand those happy to win in their respective categories in the awards the best.
“Congratulations to Leo, Antonela, Dibu and Mandinha for this very special night. Thanks to Scaloni and thanks to the whole team. How proud these guys have made us feel to be Argentines!” Said the PRO leader on his Twitter account.
“What a thrill to see the worldwide recognition of the geniuses of our team. Congratulations Leo, Dibu, Lionel Scaloni (and the fans too)!!! Today we all applaud the effort and talent that put Argentina at the top”, he added Macri upon knowing the award of the Argentines.

Macri participated in the ceremony in which Messi established himself as the best player in the world, Martínez won in the best goalkeeper category and Lionel Scaloni in the award for best technical director.
In his Instagram social network account, the former president uploaded a photograph with Messi, his wife Antonela Roccuzzoand Martinez and his wife mandinha martinez.
The former president participated in the awards ceremony that took place in Paris, France, in his capacity as President of the FIFA Foundation.
Thus, Macri achieved what no other politician in Argentina will eliminate: a smiling photo with the two figures of the Qatar 2022 world champion team.
