Max Verstappen wins the first race of the year in Formula 1

The reigning Dutch champion max verstappen won this Sunday with a wide advantage in the Bahrain Grand Prixfirst race of the season Formula 1 which was held at the Sakhir International Circuit.

The second place corresponded to the other pilot of Red Bullthe Mexican Sergio “Checo” Perezand in third place came the two-time Spanish champion Fernando Alonsowho debuted as a midfielder Aston Martin.

Carlos Sainzscam ferrariwas close to integrating the podium, but in the last laps Fernando Alonso he passed him and held the lead until the end of the race.

With this victory, the two-time champion continues to show his dominance in the category. He is a firm candidate to return to defend the title and be three-time champion of the F1.
