An exciting new Pokémon series is coming to Netflix in December 2023. Titled Pokemon JanitorFor the first time, we will see a Pokémon story told through stop-motion animation. Here’s everything we know about the project so far.
In recent years, Netflix and Pokémon have developed an extremely fruitful relationship. With several new movies and multiple seasons of Pokémon Journeys, there are currently hours of Pokémon to enjoy in the Netflix library.
Soon, fans will be treated to an exciting new stop-motion animated series, Pokémon Concierge, developed by Netflix, The Pokémon Company, and the Japanese Animation Team. dwarf.

That studio has previously worked on domo-kun, komaneko, and those of netflix Rilakkuma and Kaoru.
Minyoung Kim, who works at Netflix as Vice President of Content, APAC Ex-India, announced the new Pokémon series during the “Pokémon Presents” on February 27, 2023.
“I am delighted to share how we are bringing Pokémon and Netflix together for the first time this year. At Netflix, we’re passionate about developing local programming that entertains audiences around the world. So today we’re excited to announce that Netflix, in collaboration with The Pokémon Company, is producing a new Netflix series, “Pokemon Concierge.”
Kim also added;
“We have a group of experts here in Japan who are passionate about finding and developing original stories from Japan that can excite audiences around the world. We are dedicated to adapting fan-favorite stories and manga into extraordinary shows. With this title, we’re excited to marry an all-new story that expands the Pokémon universe with groundbreaking stop-motion animation. To bring this new world to life, we have partnered with the incredible creative team at Dwarf Studio.”
The series, which will take place in the Pokémon complex, follows the story of a janitor and the many Pokémon who visit him as guests.

The only confirmed Pokemon so far is an extremely adorable Psyduck, the Water-type Pokemon.

With over 1,000 Pokémon in the Pokédex, we can expect to see a wide variety in different regions of the Pokémon world. Fan favorites such as mascot Pikachu, Snorlax, and Eevee can be expected.
While we have yet to get an exact release date for Pokémon Concierge, at Anime Expo in 2023, Netflix provided a December 2023 release window.
