Boca will face Nacional de Montevideo and River will face Internacional de Porto Alegre, two that shared the same group during the Group Phase.
Racing will play against Atlético Nacional de Medellín and Argentinos Juniors against Fluminense, who defeated River in the previous instance.
Boca and Racing will define at home, and could meet in the Quarterfinals if they advance. Both River and Argentinos will play the second away game, and could meet in the semifinals.
River and Boca, or River and Racing, could play the final of the tournament.
