RadioProfile | Psychology of no: Why is it so hard to say?

“No”, a word that has been with us since the beginning of our existence. Simple to write, easy to pronounce in different languages, it has a universal meaning.

Interestingly “I can’t say no” begins with a “no”. And for some people it is impossible to state it, let alone act and sustain it.

If you are in the group that has an easy “yes”, it may be impossible for you to say “no”.

Why is it so hard to say no? Guillermina Rizzo addresses it from psychology in her column for Radio Perfil.
