Rosatti: “It is important to highlight the independence of the Judiciary”

Two decades later they met again at the head of two of the powers of the State. And again there were disagreements: the last one, the brake that the Court put on the elections in San Juan and Tucumán and that provoked the wrath of the Government. Alberto Fernández and Rosatti stayed, once again, in the center of the ring.

NEWS: Do you feel harassed by the government?

Horace Rosati: We are part of a Judicial Power that knows itself to be independent; a firm Judiciary, which is what society demands, what our community demands in the context of the republican form of government and the division of powers.
