The defendant for the hacking of D’Alessandro and Santilli is summoned to an investigation in Comodoro Py

The cases for the hacking of officials and members of the Judiciary in Commodore Py. Now, the Federal Justice cited the young hacker Elias Ezequiel Nunes Pinheiro to a new investigative statement, this time in the framework of the investigation into the hacking suffered by the national deputy Diego Santilli. This is the young man who admitted having carried out a SIM SWAP maneuver for which he is being investigated following a complaint from the former Buenos Aires Security Minister, Marcelo D’Alessandro.

According to what PROFILE learned, Nuñes Pinheiro was summoned by federal judge María Servini to submit to an investigative statement on Monday, May 8. The appointment is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. at the headquarters of the National Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 1.

It will be the fourth time that the young man who admitted having carried out the SIM SWAP maneuvers on the cell phones of politicians and members of the Judiciary appears to testify before Justice. It is worth remembering that on November 25, 2022, he went to testify before the prosecutor Federico Delgado, who had delegated the case for the hacking of Santilli.

In turn, the young man from the missionary town of Eldorado was accused in a case initiated in the Buenos Aires Justice at the request of the former Buenos Aires Security Minister, about whom he admitted to having hacked his cell phone. In that file, he submitted to an inquiry and a subsequent extension, in which he provided details regarding how he was contacted for the “work”, how the payments were and the exchanges they had with those who commissioned him.

In that file, the Buenos Aires Justice declared itself incompetent days ago as published by PROFILE. Finally, the case went to the courts of Comodoro Py.

In parallel, Judge Servini came to investigate the hacking of Santilli since last year’s fines. Nuñes Pinheiro had deposited as a witness, but the CFP file 3957/2022, for which he was summoned for Monday, was archived at the beginning of January of this year. But now, a court brief to which this medium accessed maintains that “by finding sufficient reason to suspect that the named Nuñes Pinheiro could result in the commission of a crime, I order the summons for him to give an investigative statement.”
