The match between Racing and Vélez was finally suspended

Vélez already requested the suspension

Through social networks, the institution published a statement after what happened:

“First of all, the amateur soccer matches against Talleres de Córdoba that were scheduled to take place tomorrow are suspended. In addition, the children’s soccer activity scheduled for Sunday is also suspended. Likewise, the Women’s Soccer matches that were going to take place held tomorrow in Villa Olímpica are suspended.

Finally, the request has been made to the Professional Soccer League to postpone tonight’s game. We understand the importance of sports commitments and the passion that is experienced in each match, but in moments like these, solidarity and respect for our values ​​as an institution prevail.

We thank the Argentine Football Association and the Professional Football League for understanding this difficult time we are going through”, held the club.

The decision of the Professional League
