The tremendous release of Maratea after the setback in the Independiente collection: “Ridiculous”

The General Inspection of Justice (IG J) declared the trust fund “irregular and ineffective” Independent Club that put together the influencer Santiago maratea for the collection that it carries out to pay the club’s debt. The body reports the “exorbitant” sum received by the influencer and the “expenses and fees” of the members of the trust.

In this sense and before this decision, the 30-year-old made a strong statement on social networks: “Santi Manotea is a trend because IGJ said that the trust has irregularities. Now they were asked, has anyone read the irregularities that it marks are appropriate? Hahaha read, guys. Spoiler alert: they’re looking ridiculous“.

“I call ridiculous people who do not read what the ‘irregularity’ that IGJ marks but start crying on twitter, people who obviously do not have reading comprehension or do not want to read. The clearest example of this type of person It’s you, ridiculous,” he shot.

Why did the IGJ declare the Maratea trust “irregular and ineffective”?

Its about Maratea Red Gogó Trust who intended to register in the province of Neuquenthat is why the presentation before the IGJ, but that after several extensions that the organization gave it never came into effect: “To date, the registration process for the aforementioned trust has not begun“, he realized in his resolution.

Nor has the Association of Notaries of the province of Neuquén and/or the Public Registry of Trust Contracts in charge of said notarial corporation informed the IG J about whether the Maratea Rojo Gogo Trust has been presented there.

It is that the trust that wants to register in a certain district must have the assets in question in the same or the people that integrate it must have domicile there.

Hence the nature of the counterpoint of the IG J since independent has real domicile in the province of Buenos Aires and maratea is federal capital.

How much money has been raised so far?

From what was recently known, the initiative of maratea has raised a little more than 800 million pesos.
