The regular and alternate members of the Board of Directors, the regular and alternate members of the Account Review Commission and the members of the Disciplinary and Ethics Board may attend the Assemblies with voice but no vote. There can also be registered members who have the quota up to date and have at least three years of seniority.

Only the assembly members, from the ruling party and the opposition will be able to vote. In the Independent statute, it is stated that 90 partner representatives will vote in this type of assemblies, who will meet publicly, and 30 alternate representatives will replace them in the event of death, resignation or layoff.

It should be noted that the Assembly will be broadcast on the club’s official YouTube channel, with the aim that all the fans of Independiente and all those who want to observe it, can do so.
