The actress Salma Hayek is promoting the movie “Magic Mike’s Last Dance”the third of the trilogy, where he shares extremely erotic scenes with the actor channing tatum, who plays a stripper. Although in the film, which opens today, both actors have several moments together, the trailer allows us to see Channing Tatum doing a private dance to Hayek’s character, full of suggestive positions, while the two are undressing.
Throughout the filming, Hayek became “very friendly” with the strippers who acted in the film. “They are great” Hayek highlighted in an interview. She even got on very well with Tatum, to such an extent that she invited him and the rest of the strippers to a gathering at her house. Also, on the actor’s birthday, both friends got together to celebrate a pure dance.
As for Hayek’s husband, the businessman Francois-Henri Pinault (60), Hayek assured that not only “is he not jealous” but that he attended the shooting several times, where he had long talks with the actors about business. “One of the boys asked him for advice regarding his company, he reacted more to his presence on set than to mine,” the actress joked. “We all got together and it was great, they are adorable, and François told me the same thing: ‘You were right, they are very lovable people,’” she added.
In this film, Salma Hayek plays to Maxandra Mendoza, a wealthy woman who after getting divorced meets Tatum’s character, during a revamp of a show they are working on together. “I think we wanted the character of Hayek specifically because I feel kind of a bigger responsibility that the other movies weren’t about women, they were about men,” Tatum explained.
Tatum also told vanity fair that, although his work with Hayek was very comfortable, at first he felt a lot of nerves, since the actress was “one of his first youthful crushes.”
“Magic Mike,” the original, grossed more than $100 million worldwide, spawning two sequels: 2015’s “Magic Mike XXL,” which met with lukewarm audiences, and now this new installment.
