What’s Leaving Netflix in July 2023

Image: Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount, Sony Pictures

It’s time to take a look at all the movies and series currently planning to leave Netflix in the US throughout July 2023, with highlights including the entire resident Evil movie franchise and the two seasons of Chappelle’s show.

Why are movies and series leaving Netflix? As you may know, Netflix licenses much of its content for a fixed period of time (including its Netflix Originals), and these removals indicate that your time on the platform is over.

Our listings will look very different to many outlets on the web. This is because we don’t copy and paste Netflix’s own PR list, but rather do the work of getting all the removals instead of just a few. In addition, we also list the titles for the actual day of their removal, which means that if you want to view any of the titles below, you’ll need to do so the day before the removal.

Article continues below…

This list will be constantly updated throughout June and through July 2023, so keep it bookmarked. We also cover Netflix UK removals here.
