Why Argentina had the lowest infant mortality rate in its history

The Ministry of Health of the Nation reported this Monday, February 6, that the Argentina reached the lowest infant mortality rate in its history and the owner of that letter, Carla Vizzottihighlight the “strong downtrend recovery” for that indicator.
