Steven Yuen and Ali Wong to star in Netflix co-production with A24, Beef. Consisting of 10 thirty-minute episodes, the comedy-drama will premiere on Netflix in 2023 after spending most of 2022 in post-production. Here is everything we know about Beef Season 1 on Netflix.

Lee Sung Jin, who is serving as executive producer of the new series, shared his comments on this project in a press release from Netflix:

What is the plot of Beef?

Not much is known about Beef’s plot other than his official log line of Netflix:

“Beef follows two people who let a road rage incident creep into their minds and slowly consume all their thoughts and actions.”

“Beef” follows the aftermath of a road rage incident between two strangers. Danny Cho, a broke contractor with a chip on his shoulder, comes face to face with Amy Lau, a self-made businesswoman with a colorful life. The escalating stakes of her feud unravel their lives and relationships in this darkly comedic and deeply moving series.

Netflix announced on March 24, 2021 that the Oscar nominees steven yun and Ali Wong will lead the cast of Beef. Yeun is best known for playing Glenn on AMC’s.
