Maslatón was blunt about drug trafficking in Rosario: “I prefer to release everything”

Carlos Maslaton participated this Tuesday, March 7 at night, in a television debate, in which he conveyed his skeptical approach regarding possible advances by the national government in the fight against drug trafficking. The cryptocurrency expert reported a discouraging picture in this regard: “As long as there is so much demand, the offer will come at any price”.

The wave of drug violence that is shaking the city of Rosario has become one of the most discussed topics in recent weeks, while the government of Alberto Fernández announced a series of measures to reinforce the security of Rosario citizens.

In this context, Maslatón analyzed the problem in Hard to tame -the program hosted by Paul Dugan is C5N and announced his position “all or nothing” against the drug trafficking.

“I’m sorry to be so theoretical again,” Maslatón said in C5N, but for me the fight against drugs is destined to fail. As long as there is so much demand, the supply will come at any price.”

What you cannot do is a free demand and a restricted supply because that is why there is drug trafficking.”
