Strong lament from Konaté, defender of France in the Qatar final against Argentina: “We should have died on the pitch”

Voices continue to come out of the France team that lost the World Cup final in Qatar against Argentina. It’s time to Ibrahima Konatedefender who played the last minutes of the match.

“The world final is a different match and Argentina played it as such. In each duel they hit you. What do you do? Are you going to complain to the referee? No. Are we crazy? To close, he referred to the attitude of the Albiceleste during the game: “They are provocative and as soon as they take advantage they gain confidence. We should have died on the field. This was the mistake we made.”
